Wednesday 10^th March 2010 at 18.00, a lecture on Asturix will be be held in the Assembly Room EUITIO (Salón de Actos, Escuela Universitaria de Ingeniería Técnica de Informática de Oviedo, University School of Technical Engineering in Computing) at 18,00 hours. It will be followed by an installation workshop. Entry is free and everyone is invited to attend to learn more about Asturix, an operating system which is simple to use and to understand and an alternative to other proprietary systems like, for example, Windows. The lecture will be given by Luis Iván Cuende after an introduction by José Emilio Labra, Director of EUITIO. Both general and technical aspects of Asturix will be explained as well as the development of complementary projects.
